If you are into drawing, illustration, design work or anything in between you have probably heard of the brand Staedtler. I would say they are one of the most common fine liners to come across either online or in your local shops.
The Staedtler triplus fineliner marker pens are one of the best you can buy, I personally have the Staedtler 0.3mm Triplus Fineliner Pens in Assorted Colours, Pack of 20. I believe you can now buy these in packs of 36 or even 40 colours! They are great for general illustration and excellent for high detail work as well, bonus if you need colour injected into your work.
